01 · Refund posture
PixelClear uses a fair and readable refund posture. The canonical baseline is a 30-day refund window on the initial paid charge.
This policy is intended to reduce confusion, support buyer trust, and stay consistent with the product's commercial posture.
02 · Subscriptions and cancellations
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period rather than cutting off access immediately.
Refunds are not automatically granted for renewal charges, but support can review unusual or clearly mistaken billing situations in good faith.
03 · Billing provider
Payments are processed by the payment provider or merchant of record shown at checkout. Refund requests may involve both PixelClear support and that payment provider depending on the situation.
