01 · Refund posture
PixelClear uses a founder-stage, fair, and readable refund posture. The canonical baseline is a 30-day refund window on the initial charge.
This policy is intended to reduce confusion, support buyer trust, and stay consistent with the product's commercial posture.
02 · Subscriptions and cancellations
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period rather than cutting off access immediately.
Refunds are not automatically granted for renewal charges, but support can review unusual or clearly mistaken billing situations in good faith.
03 · Billing provider
Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Refund requests may involve both PixelClear support and Paddle order support depending on the situation.
