03 · Service and account responsibilities
PixelClear provides accessibility remediation and monitoring workflows for Shopify and WooCommerce storefronts. You are responsible for the account information you provide, the storefronts you connect, and the actions your team takes in the service.
You must keep account credentials secure and use the service lawfully.
04 · Applicable law and disputes
These terms are interpreted subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply in your jurisdiction.
Any disputes relating to the service should first be raised through support so both sides have a fair chance to resolve the issue directly.
05 · Billing, renewals, and refunds
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Payments are processed by the payment provider or merchant of record shown at checkout.
Refunds and cancellations are described in the public Refund Policy and should be read together with these terms.

PixelClear is not legal advice and does not guarantee compliance with WCAG, ADA, EAA, or any other legal regime.
The product is designed to help teams detect issues, prioritize remediation, and monitor regressions over time.
